Today was Charlie's 2 week birthday. Chuck doesn't like that I keeping using the word birthday - because he associates that with me wanting to buy more gifts for the baby:) Nonetheless, it was still a very exciting day in the NICU.
Charlie's weight was up, just under 2 lbs (1 lb 15 oz) and we were able to hold him for almost 2 hours. We had a bit of a scare when his nasal cannula filled with water and gave Charlie a nasal flush! This was completely an accident and did not cause any harm - but still a little scary when he received a gush of water:)
