We reached another huge milestone over the past few days - Charlie now weights 3 pounds! We looked back to his first photos and he has grown so much. We are unbelievably proud of him. There have not been many changes with Charlie. His feeds have gradually increased and seems to be handling them ok. Still some reflux sometimes resulting in breathing issues - but ok for the most part. His nose has been healing from the nasal canula, so his feeding tube was placed in his nose. This allows for easier oral development (sucking on hands and pacifier and eventually using a bottle and nursing) but I hate having more things shoved up his nose!
Charlie is still the most popular in the NICU and had more new visitors this week:)
Megan visited all the way from Texas! Charlie can't wait to meet her little baby:)
Chris and Lindsay stopped in to meet our little fighter. Lindsay's family has a tradition of giving boxing gloves to the 'fighters' in her family - she brought Charlie his first pair of gloves.

Mrs. Sullivan came by to say hi! Charlie can't wait to play with his pal Oscar.
Remi and Lisa visited and brought Charlie the best monogrammed gifts ever!
